naumioAI assistants and automationBased in Miami, working with teams anywhere
We build AI assistants and automation that work alongside you, from organizing inquiries to preparing replies for your team to review. We get to know how you work, build with you and show you how to work with AI like a collaborator. You don’t need a technical background to get started.
A few sentences are enough. The button opens your email app; you choose when to send.
Services · 02
There are several ways we can work together. Explore what each service involves, or tell us what you have in mind and we’ll help you find a starting point.
See what that could look like
See how an inquiry could become an organized record and a reply draft. Choose a business below and try each step.
Made-up example · Request 014
Interactive illustration with prepared sample results, not a live AI assistant. No account is connected. Nothing is sent or booked.
Step 1 of 3
A request arrives. Staff need to understand what the person is asking for before replying.
The useful next step: Pick out the request, the preferred language and the requested time.
Staff review the reply. No legal advice, eligibility decision or appointment confirmation.
These are examples of what we could build. Connecting your email, calendar or business software depends on its features, permissions and agreed costs.
Start small · 03
We get to know one part of your work, build a small first version and try it together. Your feedback helps shape what comes next.
Show us how you handle a task and what you’d like to change. We explain the options and agree on the work, cost and access needed before building.
We build and test one assistant or tool privately. You try it with safe examples, check the results and tell us what needs changing.
We review what worked. You receive a guide to using the tool and decide whether to use it, improve it or stop there.
You stay involved. We agree where a person needs to check the work before a message is sent, a record is changed or another important step is taken.
Our work · 04
A real system we helped improve, with a person responsible for the final decisions.
A real project · client name withheld
We helped improve the practice’s website and public business listings, and set up a private AI assistant for everyday administrative work.
The Juniper assistant helps with computer questions, public business information and administrative tasks. It does not handle clinical care. Patient records, clinical notes, passwords and private client data stay outside this system.
The practice received a starting record of its search visibility, a guide to technology support and a 90-day improvement plan. People remain responsible for decisions.
Meet Maggy · 05
Maggy Alvarado · Miami, FL
I’ve worked in IT support and systems administration since 2011, helping people solve the technology problems that get in the way of their work.
With naumio, I’m bringing that experience to AI assistants, automation and everyday workflows. You bring your knowledge of the work; we handle the technical details with you and show you how to work with AI as a real collaborator, not just a tool you ask questions.
The team · 06
Maggy leads naumio and is responsible for its work. Our named AI collaborators help with research, design, building and review. They are AI systems, not human staff.
AI collaborators contribute to research, design, code and review. Maggy is accountable for naumio's work. Credits ↗
Clear limits, before we connect
You should know what an assistant can see, what it can do and when it must stop and ask. We agree on those limits with you and test them before use.
Start with the guides or records needed for one task. We agree which tools and providers would receive that information before connecting them.
We can build an assistant that only reads selected information and prepares drafts. Sending messages, changing records or booking appointments can require a person’s approval.
The setup should include a clear way to pause the assistant or remove its access. We explain who can do that and how to review its actions.
The right setup depends on your tools and the information involved. We explain where information is processed, what is retained and any limits before you decide. No system is risk-free, and an AI assistant can still make mistakes.
A little clarity
You don’t have to learn the vocabulary before asking for help.
It could help staff find an answer in your guides, turn job notes into a draft report or organize details from an inquiry. We look at your task first. Sometimes a simple form or a connection between apps is more useful than AI.
An AI assistant can help find information or prepare a draft. An AI agent can also take agreed steps using connected tools. Automation moves information or completes steps by following rules. We explain which approach fits your task, what it can access and where someone needs to review it.
No. You know your business; we help with the technical part. We explain what we’re building in everyday language, let you try it and provide a guide for using it. If a step feels confusing, that is useful feedback for us.
We start by looking at your current tools. Whether they can work together depends on their features, permissions and costs. We check those details before promising a connection or recommending a change.
AI can make mistakes. We test with examples, explain the limits and agree on checkpoints for your team. Important messages, calculations and changes need the review agreed for your project. We don’t promise an error-free system.
Before connecting anything, we agree what information is needed, which tools will receive it and who will have access. For your first message, use made-up examples. Please don’t send passwords or private customer, patient or financial records.
Yes, we can build around selected information, specific tools and approval steps. The limits need to be enforced in the connected systems and tested, not just written in a prompt. A cloud AI service may still process the information it is given; limited access does not automatically mean offline or that information never leaves your computer. We explain the proposed setup before you approve it.
That depends on the task, the tools involved and the work needed. We give you a written project quote and agree on timing before building. Any ongoing software or service costs are shown separately. If you choose one of our optional monthly plans, such as the Care Plan, it renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime by email. See our Terms.
Start with your everyday work · 07
You might have a specific idea, or you might just be curious about what AI could do for your business. Either is a good place to begin. Tell us a little about your work and what you’d like help with, in your own words.
We give you a written project quote first. We show any ongoing costs separately. If you need more than we originally agreed, we discuss the extra work and cost before it starts. If you choose one of our optional monthly plans, such as the Care Plan, it renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime by email. See our Terms.
We’ll review your message and explain whether we can help and what a first step could be. If your email app does not open, copy the address into the email service you normally use. Please use made-up examples and leave out passwords, patient records and private customer or financial details.
