What's not included

• More than one task, or changes beyond your written scope. We can quote them.
• Ongoing care after the fix window. That's the optional Automation Care Plan, $149 a month, only if you choose it.

How it works

1. Pick how you want to start. Buy now for $297, or email us to ask for a free fit chat first. If you chat first, we send your scope before you pay. If you buy now, we send your scope after you pay. Either way, no work starts until you say yes to your written scope.
2. Written scope and "Done means". We send your scope within 1 business day (after you pay, if you bought first). It names the one task, what the AI will do, what it can see, the tools it connects to, and the 5 "Done means" checks. If it is not right for you, reply "cancel" for a full refund of the $297.
3. We build it and test it with you. We email you before work starts, and we wait at least 1 business day after that email. Reply "cancel" in that time for a full refund. You try it with made-up examples and tell us what to change.
4. It goes live, with 14 days of fixes. We email you when your setup is live. Your 14-day fix window starts that day.

Timing: Usually a first result within 5 business days after you OK the written scope.

Pay now, or chat first. Either way you get the written scope before any work starts.

If we don't hear back within 10 business days of sending scope, we email twice, then refund in full.

Who does the work: AI automation services from people and AI together

Our AI automation services pair people with AI, and you test your setup with made-up examples before it touches your real work.

naumio is one team of people and AI assistants. AI assistants on our team may answer your emails and help with your fit chat, and they always tell you they are AI. If an AI assistant hosts your chat by video or phone, it says "I am an AI assistant" in its first sentence. We never record or transcribe a chat unless everyone on it says yes first. A person on our team reviews every written scope before it's sent to you.

Your data and who checks the AI

We collect as little as possible.

• We only use what you choose to share for your one task.
• We do not knowingly collect information about children.
• Nothing the AI prepares goes out to your customers until you approve it.
• You can ask to see what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@naumio.com.
• If a law makes us keep something, we tell you what and for how long.

Questions people ask before buying

When does work start?

The day we begin building your setup. We email you before work starts, and we wait at least 1 business day after that email. Before work starts, you can cancel for a full refund of the $297.

What counts as one task?

One task you repeat, from start to finish. For example: a new inquiry arrives in your email, becomes a tidy record in your customer list, missing details get flagged, and a reply is drafted for you to check. Or your job notes become a draft report someone reviews before it goes out. Tool names in your scope are the real ones; these are examples.

Which task should I start with?

One admin task that takes time every week and follows the same steps each time. Sometimes a simple form or a connection between apps is more useful than AI, and we'll say so.

Are there monthly costs?

Not for the $297 setup. If your task needs an outside paid tool, we show that cost in your written scope before we build. The Automation Care Plan is $149 a month, optional, and only starts if you choose it.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

AI can make mistakes, so we test with examples and agree on where you check the work. In the 14-day fix window we fix anything that doesn't match your scope.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. We explain everything in everyday words, you try it, and if something feels confusing, that is useful feedback for us.

Who can see my business information?

Before we connect anything, we agree on what information is needed, which tools get it, and who has access. For your first message, please use made-up examples, and don't send passwords or private customer, patient or financial records. When we finish, we delete the made-up examples and test data we kept. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@naumio.com. If a law makes us keep something, we tell you what and for how long.
