Small, honest website fixes

Many local business websites have small problems that quietly turn customers away: a button that opens "page not found", a phone number that does not call when tapped, missing hours, or a contact form that never arrives. We fix one clear problem at a time, and we tell you exactly what we changed.

What we fix

• A broken link or button, including a phone number that does not call when tapped.
• Missing business hours or contact info on a page your site already has.
• The security padlock (HTTPS), by turning on or renewing the free certificate your host or site builder offers.
• Leftover template text or typos, up to 5 spots.
• A contact form that does not work, so messages reach your inbox.

How it works

1. You tell us the one problem you want fixed.
2. We confirm the fix and the price with you by email before any work starts. If it is bigger than one fix, we tell you honestly and you decide.
3. You give us safe access, such as an invite to your site builder. We never ask for your password.
4. We fix it and send you a before and after screenshot with one line about what we changed.

What this does not include

No redesigns, new pages, SEO or ads, hosting or domain fees, hacked site cleanup, or ongoing upkeep. We do not work on sites that hold patient records or children's data.

Who does the work

You will be working with AI. naumio is led by Maggy Alvarado, a human. Our team also includes AI assistants, and they are AI systems, not people. An AI assistant may help read your email and prepare our reply or the work, and we will always tell you when you are talking with an AI. Maggy is responsible for the work.
